These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Proofmesh website, APIs, and related services (the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. You must use the Services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and only for lawful purposes. Proofmesh reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services at any time without notice.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to misuse the Services, including but not limited to attempting unauthorized access, interfering with the operation of the Services, or using the Services to transmit harmful or unlawful content. Proofmesh may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to the Services or other users.
Receipts provided by Proofmesh are cryptographic attestations intended to support transparency and verifiability. You are solely responsible for verifying, storing, and using receipts as required for your compliance, legal, or business obligations. Proofmesh does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or legal sufficiency of any receipt or attestation.
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Proofmesh and its affiliates disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Proofmesh is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the Services; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; or (c) any other matter relating to the Services.
Proofmesh may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
